Join the California Mobility & Parking Association for a focused and timely legislative update that builds on the developments highlighted in this month’s newsletter. As bills continue to move, stall, or undergo major amendments during the height of the legislative session, staying informed is essential for agencies, operators, and industry partners.

In this session, Ramon G. Zavala, CMPA Legislative Chair, will walk attendees through the most recent actions impacting parking and mobility programs statewide. Because the legislative process is constantly in motion, we will provide the latest descriptions and examine what these changes mean for curb management, automated enforcement tools, and local authority.

The webinar will also provide a deeper look at progressing legislation asmany have been watching bills such as AB 1740, SB 1292, and AB 2376. We will include AB 1837’s extended authorization for transit-lane enforcement and SB 1013’s compliance framework for agencies using license plate recognition technology.

Attendees will gain clarity on where these bills stand today, what to anticipate as the session continues, and how CMPA is evaluating potential impacts to member agencies.
