Exhibit fees are listed on the enclosed registration form. Exhibit fee includes conference badge for One, including 8'x10' booth space, pipe and drapes and 7”x 44” identification sign. Additional amenities including tables, chairs, carpeting and electricity are not included. Exhibit floor is carpeted.
Additional passes are available for additional firm members at $650 each ($750 after Nov 2,2023). Exhibit booths are assigned on a “first-paid-first-served” basis. All booth assignments remain in the exclusive prerogative of the CMPA.
IMPORTANT – to facilitate communication for tradeshow details and logistics, please provide the contact information for the person who will be the designated 2023 CPPA tradeshow coordinator.
Acceptance, Refund and Cancellation
CMPA will refund all money received if assignment of booth space is not possible. In the event of cancellation by an exhibitor prior to October 7, 2023, 50 percent of exhibitor’s total booth fee will be refunded. On or after October 7, 2023, no refund will be made.
The Exhibit Hall will be closed to all parties during non-display times. This policy will be strictly enforced. The DoubleTree Hotel and the CMPA are not, however, responsible for the safety of individual exhibits.

Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and, hereby, agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold CMPA and their agents harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s installations, maintenance, occupancy or use of exhibit premises or any part thereof.
