Leaders Learning Circle April Session: Great Leadership Is a Network, Not a Hierarchy

Is leadership for the many or the few? Do we rely on a hierarchy for making important decisions or are we comfortable using a “crowdsource” approach to communication, problem solving and creativity? Join guest facilitator Marlene Cramer and the CMPA Leaders Learning Circle to explore the idea of leadership as a network and not a hierarchy based on Gitte Frederiksen’s TED talk found here. 

What is the Leaders Learning Circle? 

Learning Circles will be offered virtually each month and will concentrate on leadership skills, traits and perspectives. Each session will start with a quick video, blog post or short reading and will be followed by discussion and interaction. Think of it as a leadership book club via YouTube for busy professionals. Participation is free to CMPA members and non-members alike.
