Join us in exploring what makes a great follower and how that helps us become, and continue to be, great leaders. We will also explore how we can support upcoming leaders by empowering them to be great followers. The event will include facilitated discussions, exercises and a self-developed work plan for your own path of leadership and followership. This event is designed for new, experienced and aspirational leaders that want to model followership themselves and support followership in others
