● “Curbside Dining and the City - Parking or Dining in LA?”

Speaker: Graham Rossmore, LADOT

Graham Rossmore is a Transportation Planning Associate for the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation. This presentation analyzes the LA Al Fresco curbside dining program and compares parking meter revenue with sales tax revenue.

● “Municipal Roundtable: Smarter RFPs, Stronger Contracts”

Speaker: Dulce Gomez, City of Pasadena & CMPA Vice-President

Join SoCal municipal professionals for a focused roundtable on municipal RFP processes and contract administration. Participants will exchange lessons learned, discuss common challenges, and share practical strategies for drafting RFPs, evaluating proposals, and managing contracts from award to closeout. This interactive session supports collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement across regional agencies.

1:30 - 2:30PM (Session #3 UCR Parking Operations Site Tour)

● Attendees will be guided through UCR’s residential and commuter parking structures while learning about the campus' different EV charging programs and platforms, as well as other operational elements unique to each user base.

2:30 - 3:30PM (Session #4)

● “Frontline Safety: Practical tools to improve safety, professionalism, and service”

Speaker: Captain Nick Nicholas, City of Seal Beach Police Department

This presentation will give attendees practical tools they can use immediately in areas such as situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, conflict management, customer service under pressure, and wellness and resiliency.
