This training session is geared towards new managers or staff looking to be a manager in a higher ed parking environment.  By the end of the course participants will be able to:

  1. Obtain a foundational understanding of the different components in a higher ed parking program
  2. Develop operational and employee performance standards  
  3. Build community and better understand your customer’s needs and requirements

Marlene Cramer, CAPP, LEED, GA is the Director of Transportation and Parking Services for California Polytechnic State University. With 23 years in the parking and mobility industry, Marlene has strategically developed the university’s parking program as a comprehensive, sustainable, award-winning program.  She has implemented several technology and efficient processes bringing significant customer improvements to the campus. Marlene has served as the President of the California Mobility and Parking Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI).  Marlene has a Business Degree in Management and Human Resources.
