A Request for Proposal (RFP) has been issued by the City of Oakland, Department of Transportation (OakDOT) soliciting Proposals from qualified firms or teams of firms to provide an integrated Parking and Citation Management System (PCMS) and an Automated Speed Safety Camera System (SSC), along with Related Solutions and Services on an optional basis.
